Balkan Bite is priced at $29.99 per box, plus $10 flat-rate shipping within the U.S.

Is Balkan Bite a subscription?

Yes. Balkan Bite is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account before the monthly cutoff date.

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship once per month. Orders placed before the monthly cutoff will ship within 5–7 business days of our shipping window opening. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your box is on its way.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Are the snacks authentic?

Yes! All snacks and drinks are authentic Balkan products sourced directly from trusted suppliers and Balkan markets. We focus on quality, freshness, and authenticity.

Do the items change every month?

Yes. While some fan favorites may return, we rotate items regularly so each box feels exciting and new.

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

At this time, we are unable to customize boxes or guarantee allergen-free products. Snacks may contain or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, gluten, or other allergens. Please review ingredient labels carefully.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account, as long as it’s done before the monthly billing cutoff.

What if my box arrives damaged or missing items?

We want you to love your Balkan Bite experience. If your box arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Are the drinks safe to ship?

Yes. Drinks are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. While rare, leaks can occasionally happen—if they do, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Is Balkan Bite Box a giftable subscription?

Yes! Balkan Bite makes a great gift. You can purchase a subscription for friends or family and have it shipped directly to them.
