Because our boxes are filled with specially curated snacks and treats, we handle every order with the highest attention to detail. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping schedules, delivery expectations, and how we handle damaged items to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Shipping Rates
- Domestic: We offer fixed price shipping on all subscriptions within the USA for $10.
- International: International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or duties.
Address Changes
- Need to move? You can update your shipping address through your account portal. Changes must be made by the 25th day of the month to apply to that month's delivery.
Missing or Damaged Boxes
- If your box is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of the delivery date so we can make it right.

Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next box, please cancel at least 5 days before your renewal date.
Refunds
- Because our boxes contain perishable food items, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once a box has been shipped. All sales are final.
Damaged or Missing Items

Returns
